The thing is i was always pretty moderate in the language I used when posting comments but from time to time I did post some controversial ideas - this must have been what got me suspended "my controversial ideas".
So basically daily murder and mayhem is ok but thoughts about about murder and mayhem are not.

Goverment's Role in the Fight Against Crime.

Government does not have the capability to create opportunity in crime ridden neighborhoods.  However it is equipped to protect the safety of the community.  We cannot let the criminals continue to operate freely in any neighborhood.  Criminals need to be stamped out.  We are talking about real criminals here, not petty thieves or drug users.  We are talking about the pistol packing gangsters that terrorize our streets.

The first step to augmenting safety in crime ridden neighborhoods is to hire people from the community itself to police the community against criminals with the back up of regular police forces.  These community offices will be regular police officers but they must be from and live in the community.  Policing these communities initially will be a dangerous job to be sure - criminals will not give up their turf easily - however this is something that needs to be done no matter what the cost.  The cost of this endeavo must be upheld by the society at large.  The society needs to pay to protect its most disadvantaged citizens.

All criminal types must be stopped and frisked in crime ridden communities.  All illegal guns must be confiscated by the authorities.

Finally when the neighborhood is ridden of criminals businesses and jobs can  move into the community.

After a community becomes safe we must protect its original citizens from gentrification forces.  While new people can certainly move in to the new safe community original citizens must also be allowed to stay without raising their rents.

Dealing with Fringe Elements

Terrorists and criminals are adept at exploiting societies' vulnerabilities.
Terrorists and criminals must be dealt with ruthlessly and without apology.
Civil rights are for law abiding citizens.
Terrorists and criminals have no rights.
Terrorists and criminals must be dealt with proactively.
Deportation (non-citizens), jailing (citizens) are the tools with which society can fight terrorists and criminals.
Specifically: symbols against society (clothing), radical talk or actions (protests and riots), meeting places where radicalism may be promulgated (Mosques, abodes harboring terrorists and criminals).
